DASAL Aerospace Technologies participated in NATO SHINE 2025, organized by the NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) to test and demonstrate next-generation technologies in operational environments. As part of NATO’s innovation ecosystem, the event represents a strategic milestone for DASAL, providing the company with the opportunity to showcase its high-technology indigenous UAV solutions within a multinational framework.

In February 2025, DASAL responded to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by NATO ACT with a proposal centered on the Multi-Domain Operation (MDO) concept, integrating its advanced UAV systems. Following a successful evaluation process, DASAL qualified to participate in the 2025 Innovation Continuum Program.
The SHINE 2025 event enables NATO to assess and validate solutions that support its transformation agenda focused on Warfare Development, Multi-Domain Operations, and Digital Transformation. The 2025 edition is hosted by Türkiye in collaboration with the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB).

During SHINE 2025, DASAL’s Kırlangıç-X4A rotary-wing UAV took part in the “Drifting Mine Scenario” under the Multi-Domain Operation concept.
Within this scenario:
This application highlighted the surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities of the Kırlangıç-X4A platform and demonstrated its potential to operate effectively in NATO-standard multi-domain missions.
SHINE 2025 brings together defense industry representatives, research institutions, and academia from across NATO member nations. The event provides a unique platform to test and demonstrate innovative solutions in fields such as:
The program aims to transform these technological advancements into operational capabilities, enhancing the agility, integration, and effectiveness of NATO forces on the battlefield.
Through its successful integration at SHINE 2025, DASAL Aerospace Technologies once again demonstrated that its indigenous UAV systems can operate seamlessly within multinational operational frameworks, providing strategic value and interoperability aligned with NATO’s operational concepts.
